Dessert / Peanut Butter Brownies
Ingredients:
• 200 grams of dark chocolate in pieces
• 200 grams of Wippy Mild Hot peanut butter
• 200 grams of sugar
• 4 eggs
• 100 grams of flour
• 1 teaspoon of baking powder
• 200 grams of butter in cubes
• sea salt ( ordinary salt will also do )
• Extra: square baking tin covered with parchment paper
Preperations
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Melt the butter and chocolate and stir well until the mixture is smooth. Beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture becomes white. Add the chocolate cream, flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt and mix well. Melt the Wippy Mild Hot peanut butter in a saucepan with a pinch of salt until liquid. Divide half of the brownie batter over the baking tin and pour the peanut butter over it. Put in the fridge for a while to have it firmed-up and then spread the rest of the brownie batter over the peanut butter. It doesn’t matter if it gets a little bit messy; everything will become smooth again in the oven.
Sprinkle some sea salt over the brownies and bake for 25 minutes in the preheated oven. The brownies are ready when a wooden skewer you put in comes out clean.
